Francisco Arturo Santelli

I am a Research Scientist in Education Policy at Brown University's Annenberg Institute. 

As part of Annenberg's Evidence in Action - Rhode Island team, I conduct mixed methods research while supporting efforts to improve education in the state. This work occurs across multiple projects. I support districts' math professional learning implementation through a network initiative, field an annual superintendents' survey on pressing issues in Rhode Island education, and examine the state's school leadership pipeline.

By engaging directly with district leaders and other stakeholders, my research surfaces local insights on leadership practice that inform educational policy nationally.
